A good bit of running returned to my life in the form of intense racing. What happened to make you have a better than usual day?

A friend of mine has been having a lot of issues, and it's been affecting our friendship. But, we had a long conversation, and sorted a lot of things out. Which is good, because I've missed talking to him.
