they changed it to 15 but why an age limit at all? it should be levelled on maturity

I am certain it is 14. If there was a new age limit, you would see it in the application formats. Sometimes applications and players may be judged by how professional they are or the player's maturity.

Even if it was leveled on maturity, and not age, you still wouldn't get accepted.
