what the hell is macros?

Macros improve your clicking speed.

On topic: kcl729 was using macros at his time.

Why were these allowed in the first place?

They weren't so well known about until they started getting really known for killing people in full diamond in less then a second.

Credo, you're kinda wrong, macros is something used on mostly special mouses i.e razor mouses, it scrolls though a certain amount of hotkeys (your inventory) and right clicks them all meaning people can AK-Barret-Spaz-M1014 you in under a second meaning imsta kill...

@DrZRG They were never really allowed. We just didn't allow or disallow them, if that makes sense. But starting now we will be enforcing a strict no macroing rule.

so like you weren't supposed to use them but they wasn't actually a rule against using it?
