Safety? When there is Nuclear Reactors in the game, there is no safety :)

But how will you prevent all your stuff from being raided and x-rayed? By the time you get the supplies and you can make one, someone will come by and steal it.

Maybe the claim plugin and a plugin that forbids some items.

I loved playing tekkit :3
Nuclear Reactors were the hardest part of controlling to get power, one false move to your reactor and you'll blow up your base. Reinforced stone helps for that v:
