First of all, that's FLUDD from SMS.
And your name? It's from phantamanta which isannoying boss in the whole dam game. The reason FLUDD relates is because it's the only way you can beat the boss, you must use its water to make sure you keep your distance from the goop, or whatever it is.
I've played the game so this is eZ for me(SMS= Super mario sunshine)

Not necessarily.
You can defeat him by chucking water barrels at him as well.
It's also not as annoying as the final boss, because the frikkin Corona Mountain level is impossible...

I beat the game so many times it's easy :P

I never said it's the last boss, true you can chuck the barrels, but it's easier just to camp and spray :3
I also said it was not the final boss, but the most annoying for ME.
Corona mountain wasn't that hard for me, stupid spikes tho xD

The spikes were easy. It's the boat part that gets me killed all the time :/

The barrels are OP on the last part, where all the mantas are OSOK
