But seeing as I am you and you are me, we think as one, and therefore I would not be able to tell you because we are both constantly thinking the same thingsx

According to YOUR LOGIC, we think as one. If we think as one we couldn't think different thoughts at the same time and therefor we couldn't constantly be thinking the same things.
