Question:
I made a staff application and it's really long, I put much effort into it, but I'm 13 years old. Should I upload it or shouldn't because staff members are overall 14+.
I don't want to get judged on my age because I'm not 14 yet

Well, the age limit was removed, they judge by maturity, though people may still judge you.

Just saying it isn't very mature to pester me like that, it shows impatience.

My knowledge of English words is big, but I don't know the more difficult words, but I think I can write good enough.
