Well actually it is a permanent ban... so...

but its not fair, i am playing brawl games 9 monthes and i dont use hacks, never dont use, i am swearing i am not use, and i dont want to get ban for that couse i do nothing with nodus, its not fair

Well, if there is a screenshot with you using nodus, it is a good reason for your ban. Nodus is a hacked client and even if you don't use it on Brawl servers, it doesn't mean you couldn't in the future. The screenshot is the proof that the server needs to ban you. Your word against the screenshot cannot compare.
