It doesn't matter, the quality of each is going to be the same.
Don't get ones that are too expensive.

Any suggestions? I'm locking for one with the programs I need (photoshop, Manga Studios) that's good quality, with a screen.

Oh god, those giant tablets with you being able to have the computer screen on the actual tablet screen?
If that, be ready to pay an ass ton.
As of program, Manga Studio is quite good. If you can pay for two of those, I'm free for that ;)

But I want to learn to do them myself, simply so I would have the skill. I have enough money for a good one, I'm just looking for the best price. I'll let you know what I decide on :P

Start off with a normal one to get the hang of it first. From there, you can eventually upgrade.
