Minecraft won't be enforcing the new EULA for quite some time, so you should be fine. Maybe buy it for 30 days, then buy more days as the months progress.

Don't worry, if Mojang's EULA legislations do happen to interfere with any transactions / donation packages I am sure you will be fully credited if we have to revoke a transaction.
