Yes I can, and I disagree because you stated the wrong idea of what the EULA meant. The EULA meant that you can't try balancing donation stuff and try selling them. You said that it violates the EULA if they sell donation stuff for soft currency in-game. The EULA has no effect on anything having to do with soft currency, which includes in-game credits.

You misread what I stated then. I was referring to donor guns being bought for soft currency and hard currency. If the guns are only able to be bought for soft currency, of is fine.
