They could has just made it as an expansion pack. It only added new skins/textures, few new guns and items, and gamemodes after all. And of course, some maps. Just a more expensive DLC/Expansion with a single player.
Agreed. It could have been like Bad Company 2: Vietnam. It would have been epic if Hardline was an expansion pack, due to how advanced it is.
