Good Eclipse is the best because it literally tells you what's wrong, where it's wrong, and what you can do to make it NOT wrong in one program.
Actually, Eclipse is one of many IDE's that do that. I myself prefer eclipse because that's what I started with but many prefer NetBeans or even IntelliJ( legal issues stop you from making money off code you've written in this one)
I've just added Saros to my Eclipse so me and a friend are doing some joint coding at the moment, making our own version of essentials
