for one, these "rules" have been in placed have been allegedly "enforced" since december of 2013. They said they'd be enforcing it even more in 1.7.10, and nothing has happened.

+ it's a bunch of people who are PR for the mojang team, and not any high ranking mojang staff members. Notch has posted many tweets about the EULA implying that it can be your choice to abide the EULA.

So you have no links to prove that the EULA is optional? You just say that 1.7.10 is out and nothing has happened yet, so it's optional? It's not August 1st yet bud.
