BF3 was free earlier
It's currently $5.99 on Origin, and BF3 with Premium is $11.99.

However if you don't have a half decent computer, go for something else.
BF2 is a nice choice too, but you'll have to get a physical edition, as it's no longer on Origin or Steam.
