Yup. I was on TS when it happened.
It was supposed to be released at 8.
Right at 8 or so, Putty thought everything was fine, released it for 1 second before yelling "OH **** WE FORGOT TO PUT IN SPAWNPOINTS". Then he and bvo worked on setting spawnpoints.
That's what took an hour.
