You certainly didn't use 100% of your brain to make that post. Even if you are right, which I don't believe you are, they aren't just referring to the brain, but the cerebral capacity. It was still a good movie.

Also, saying that we do use 100%, but not at one time, is like saying, we read the whole book, but not in one day.

You're right, I only used 10% if my brain as that is the max at a time.
In the movie and trailers, they bring it heavily across that is the "brain."
