The Barrett is semi automatic, not a bolt action.
I had to adapt it due to the issues regarding consistency.

Yep, I know.
Thing is, many of the guns portrayed in War are inaccurate. I had to account for that.
A bolt action sniper rifle cannot fire that fast, so I just had to list it as semi automatic. Same with the Barrett. Unless the MSR actually becomes a bolt action, I won't change it.
