Wait isnt ISO L118 but shoots faster ? I thought so . So that means it gonna shoot faster how we r gonna shoot faster if you got 1 ammo per clip ?

No Iso has almost the same firerate as the l118a, just does more damage.

Isolator is the fastest bolt action. It's ridiculous.
The isolator can be perceived as OP, but only if you look at its high damage at all ranges. When you count the other factors like reload time in, it turns into a balanced PRESTIGE weapon.

It does need a rof nerf though

So is Scots way to balance is good or bad ?

The Isolator would have to penetrate armor then.
I would not like it, as it would be an older model of sniper rifle that has been phased out in favor of bolt action and semi automatic sniper rifles with magazines.
