Meh, I would actually prefer that there wasn't a confusing rating. Some people feel like it is the new negative rating.

It is good, but the Confusing rating is so easy to use with an excuse. For instance, one could rate a lot of my posts Confusing because they thought it may have been very slightly difficult to understand. Or maybe because the post has slightly outdated data.

Honestly, the Confusing rating isn't causing much good. I haven't seen one scenario where it's been used correctly. The return of the Neutral rating would be better.

Nue, the neutral rating would be even worse. But you are right in saying that the confusing rating is too easy to misuse.

I have barely ever seen the Neutral rating in usage. That's because it's not easy to misuse.

Well, at least the name "neutral" is better than the name "confusing."
