No???!?!?!?!?!?! Orange coded the recoil he first implemented it and he is the reason why it is back because of his update this is hapening not because of you

The recoil values from the original plugin was just changed... Nothing to yell about.

And yes, he did make the recoil values. He just didn't code it.
