that is correct. I have 2 questions for you now:
1. when you were searching for characters. which one did you see and thought that it was nice?
2. why is she portrayed like this in my profile picture.

When you said the character appears in the Subterranean Animism, I searched up all the characters that could've possibly appear there. When I scrolled down to her, she had a very similar hair style/color to your profile pic. Since none of the other characters looked even remotely similar, I deduced that she might be the correct character.

I have no idea why she's portrayed like that. You didn't tell me to find that out. :V

*warning: Long* Why she is portrayed like this is a lot of backstory to the game, but i still like to think about it because it is kind of a sad story .-. Koishi was a satori (satori= creature that can read minds) Her sister (Who's name is satori komeji if you want to know :V) was also a satori (obviously).

She was hated by many creatures including humans because she could read their minds and see what they think.koishi did not want to have the same thing happen to her. so she decided to close her third eye(the blue eye thing which allowed her to read minds). But when she closed her third eye. she became a psychopath and all her feelings AND thoughts were gone.

She gained a new power which is by far one of the most insane powers in gaming histroy. the manipulation of the subconciousnes. She can make things appear infront of people. things they desire or fear. The reason why this also is sad is because: when she closed her third eye, no-one could recognise her anymore and she could not be seen by any living creature unless if she really tries to.

if people do see her they will probably forget about her instantly when she gets out of their sight. The only exception is that young children are immune to her powers.
thus she is often the imaginary friend of young children
TL:DR > She has no feelings, emotions and thoughts.
