I didn't know Wilhelm was human before he became a giant robot.

I just realized, You're most likely going to get passed by Queen on war.

I don't care if I get passed, I don't care for them any longer.

And Wilhelm was human hired by Jack to save the moon, you can spec him so he turns into a robot. In bl2 jack posioned him so you could get the power core.
