Confused why "admins reading conversations" came up, and why you think that not being friends with SMod+'s is a reason for your demotion.

Well, honestly are there some mods who should have been demoted for inactivity, but didn't get demoted because they're friends with a SMod+. This is just my opinion. Between, I know Admins are looking at conversations, I'm not stupid.

Name some names of the inactive mods who should have been demoted?

Not just because of inactivity, I just writed that becuase the main reason I was demoted was for inactivity. But I will give you some names in a conversation about some staff members if you want me 2.

Andyina and Mr_O are 2 examples of inactive staff members. I respect them both but their inactive lets be honest.

I'll tell you what I told Julius, Andy is on a known temporary leave from McBrawl and because of his status as a commissioned builder and as a long-term member of the community, as well as among the first players here, he has kept his status as a moderator and creative manager.

But that isn't really fair. Some of the staff gets demoted for inactivity and Andy can just stay like that. That's why I'm completely wtf with some things on here... AND WHY SOME OF THE HIGHER STAFF MEMBERS ARE WAY TO BAISED...

As for Mr_O, he is a creative manager just like Andy. His last mod activity value that I have noted down is 24.95 hours compared to your 9.9 hours.

So by your logic, if you were in Andy's position, it would be okay to be demoted? What if a close family member of yours was in the hospital and something awful happened in your life, you would not be permitted a temporary leave of absence from your moderator duties while you tended to those issues?

I'm talking about Mr_o's forum and ts activity. I barely play on creative so I can't judge his activity on there.

101 forum posts is nothing and he has no recent activity..

Andy made a post on the inactivity thread regarding his expectedly prolonged absence; we respect his standing status as a moderator because Andy was a moderator who has shown EXEMPLARY qualities of both a moderator and a human being. His endless and selfless service to the constituents of this community will certainly not be forgotten.

And like I said previously, his in-game activity was sufficient and above average and his TS activity may be moderately below average, but still acceptable. If he is too inactive he will receive reds on his grading like everyone else.

His already received reds… I saw it and also been told his received it many times.

Don't know why I'm trying to satisfy anybody with correct information. You all feign ignorance just to create more problems. Until this toxic attitude is removed, the forums will continue to be chaotic and staff will prove to be even less inclined to correct the ignorance and answer the public's questions because it always turns into endless debating.
