I love this. The staff are doing this as a voluntary job remember. We aren't getting any sort of pay for doing it, it's from our own will.

I wasn't expecting that, and I am sure a lot of other moderators didn't apply just for that. The Eason why I applied was because I wanted to change and help the community that has given a lot to me.

You're one of the few moderators who actually applied to help the community, who actually sets an example as a good moderator

Ever notice how when mods like a year ago actually lived by having 2-3 mods per server MAX (for a very short play session too), and like no one complained?
Could be wrong, but I think there was a time when Z mods did not get free MVP either.
Only people I actually saw team for Z were Venom and Gigga, but they did their jobs really well even when they were playing together.

Why was there a change in some of the 'unwritten' staff rules? Whatever happened, it seems to be causing even more problems against the staff.

I also agree with Audir, I didn't apply for the position just to get free MVP.
I applied to help the community, I realized the war community was only going to get worse. So, I applied to make it better.
In fact, I had MVP when I applied.

I didn't even know we would get mvp on all servers when I applied. I honestly don't care about it as it doesn't change the way I look at this position. I am having fun and at the same time I am helping the server I love. I wouldn't want to do anything else.

Mods help people? Whaa, naw.
