Translation: You do realize that many mods showed their true colors only after they were demoted? It's easy to act nice, but still be a jerk on the inside.

Doesn't that apply to life? Work, school, business meeting etc. For example, the way you talk to your teacher will be far different from the way you talk to your friends or your little brother.

Amen. And who are we to judge what you really are inside? Are you a nice moderator who let his standards slip or a jerk who pretended to be nice and got mod? The lies we tell to other people are nothing compared to the lies we tell ourselves.
