Girls hit at 12, boys hit at like 13-16.

Actually girls hit at like ten if I'm correct.

Girls hit it much earlier than boys, however boys hit it around 12... A deep voice is not usually achieved until a bit into puberty however... Usually being the keyword...

Girls will always hit puberty first.
Guys in my country hit puberty at age of 14-16.
I don't have voice as deep as Hud's, but I can say I'm glad I don't sound like a nerd or some crap like that.
