So I'm not suited to be a moderator all because I just made a vote? I thought if I made a vote I wouldn't have to keep clicking "view results." It was just something I wanted to test and it failed. That's the only reason I voted for myself. It was publicly visible so everyone can see it. Not like I can hide it.

If you were courageous enough, you would had voted -1 for yourself. Or maybe (+0), at least would have been fair enough.

I haven't thought of voting for +0. Thanks for pointing that out. Sorry for just making a random vote. I think I can switch it if I'm correct?

Credo if he voted -1 that would tell other people that he wasn't confident that he would be able to get mod, and that he thought he didn't deserve it. I believe @BrawlerAce_ said this somewhere a long time ago on one of my applications.

Depends on how you see it.
However, it doesn't matter whether you vote for yourself or not. If anything, voting for yourself shows you really want the position, because why else would you apply for staff if you don't want the position?
1 vote will change nothing. If a person voted for themselves, but also has 100 other yes votes and 2 no votes, should they not be granted the position?
