ZapCrusher, I did read the guidelines, but I just wanted to see how people reacted If I was to make a Staff Application. Give me 3 months max to step up my game. :)

Your not getting mod. You are not going to get it because you are not going to help the community, you just want it as a rank.

Sorry, but that's just not true. I really want to help the community because all-around, I really am a good person. I wouldnt spend a whole hour on a Staff Application If I didnt care about trying to help this community. I have helped people in-game, but I just have not been active on the forums and TeamSpeak. Even though I disagree with you, thanks for the feedback.

If you wanted to help the community, you wouldve read the guidelines. Your obviously not mature enough to know that getting mod is not instant.

I've read the guidelines. And of course I know that I'm not just going to get moderator right of the bat.

If you knew that, the mature person would not apply.
