Putty isn't serious either. Neither is @Lord_Roke. They still have high ranks. Just because you are a high rank doesn't mean you can't joke around.

You just need to know when you have to be serious. Being serious all the time would be boring.

Seeing as gigga is s-mod, I think he would know when to be seriøs or not well enough to be admin.
