Its safe to assume its Algelier otherwise youre on TS under a fake name therefore youre breaking the rules by not using your Minecraft name

Firstly, your teamspeak username should be your IGN or something close to it. It is obvious that "Alg" or "Okami" are close to your IGNs, so you don't need to ask staff if you want to use them.
Secondly, the one-month rule is mainly there to prevent players spamming applications. If you improved a lot between your applications, 3 weeks should be alright.
