I do not think anyone that doesn't have some kind of friendship with the staff has a chance to become moderator.

They do... It doesn't state anywhere that if your friends with a mod you'll get a higher chance.. I knew people who had chances who didn't have friendship with mods..

I'm saying any kind of staff in general. If someone really wants moderator they can but extreme detail in their application, but most people say they wan't it, but are not ready for the position.

And how do you know they are not ready for the position. Sure, they could right a ****ty app, which is wrong. But that doesn't mean there ready.. They could have chances of becoming higher.. Now I'm stoping to fighting over someone!
