I was just recently in a situation where I really felt unhappy with my whole life, the mistakes ive done, i felt i was the only one living like this and everyone else was having a stress free life. Now, I've never felt so happy with myself and people have noticed it.
Shower thoughts: I began to realize that life doesn't come to you. it's not a predetermined event nor predictable. you shouldnt wait for things to happen. you should work to it. are you waiting to be happy?
then keep waiting. are you going to work to be happy? then you will be. Ive also began to realize what are the key elements after reading a depressing story somewhere. the writer was unmotivated in life, he wasnt progressing in anything in life.
everyday you should have a motivation in your day. everyday you should smile and promise yourself to be the best version of yourself that you can be. everyday you should remind yourself to work the hardest because life isnt always about taking the short route
ps ill link a better article that also helped me a lot. anyways you also need goals in your life and each day you should work for that goal and progress. dont be afraid to think big. success doesnt come to people, people work for them unless ur kim kardashian
you also need to be optimist but a realist, sure you cannot always be optimistic, but always look at things from the better side. this has freaking helped me a lot and now ive havent had any negative thoughts, that also brings me to confidence. dont underestimate yourselfs
be sociable and laugh, dont be afraid to talk to new people, hell you can make a best friend if you guys have a common interest. friends can help you a lot with the support you need, to have fun and do fun things together. even when i had some friends, i would still feel lonely because they would talk to me and i would only speak like 10 sentences for every paragraph they said
finally, life is a roller coaster, time flies, you are the pilot. you cannot always be at the top of the roller coaster, because someday you may go down. the difference is that some people stay there while others go higher than they were before. fc out
also find hobbies, play a sport, and join a club with similar hobbies locally or at school. excercise, once you start you will get addicted to it. eat healthier, cut down soda, have a bed time and stick to it this helps too
Melting actually has a nice side, I haven't checked the forums a lot now. The only people I have left is me, my parents and my girlfriend. One by one I'm losing loved ones. I can't stand that kind of bull**** anymore. The only reason I want to live on is because me and my girlfriends promise. FCMercury thanks for trying to help but I don't go for soda... I go for a depressant.
