Its not that hard, so yeah.

Take the ullapool caber and kill a guy out of damn nowhere.
I think iron bomber is good for this stuff, as the grenades don't roll/bounce.

They are, but I doubt on the jump servers I use they are allowed/have the effect since they ban items that modify the jump.
