I had a lvl 100 Garchomp EV trained in Speed and Attack. It's speed was the fastest possibly achievable for a Garchomp. (This was in Sinnoh when EV training wasn't eZ like in the new games.) I owned until the stupid balloon and fairy type was introduced. I cri everyTim. ;-;

Yeah.. Garchomp isn't as good as it used to be. Though now it can be run different ways instead of just banded. A defensive Garchomp with Rough Skin and Rocky Helmet is amazing.
