Some notes:
- Work on your typing. I noticed your typing speed could improve (although you do have an excuse for language) it will definitely help you become less stressed as a moderator
-Respond to more players. Carefully observing you, I sometimes notice players hackussating and in need of help, and so I wait for you to reply. Sometimes you don't. Work on this.

Just work on these things and you'll make a great moderator!
