What, on n teamspeak I'm the nicest guy, I never fight with anyone I always say to some people "hey I got teamspeak" or I say hey how is everybody today, I don't act anyway, And I am 16

First off, your not 16, you're 13. Second of all, you don't prove something just by saying it. You actually have to DO it. And you don't know that you're the nicest person on Teamspeak. I can assure you there are many other people on TS3 that treat people as nice as or nicer than you.
