Depending on how the attacking player's connection was to the server and how Serine's client was in receiving that data causes them to look far away from each other (desync). Remember that reach hacks haven't been existent since around Minecraft beta.

The only possible thing that could be happening in that video is forcefield because the attacking player hits Serine as soon as possible. However, we need more evidence to come to that conclusion.
