We usually handle harassment per case, they could be disciplined from a mute to a perm ban. We have staff that attempts to watch the server chat & handle the players, but we cannot always be there. I reported it. The problem is the damage was done and targets made on the Skype end. I'm speaking for my daughter. Up until recent we did not no where to post for help. How does she do a screenshot. Sorry for asking.

There is a hacker in the mix. He changes names often. So I need to nail him. Both in Skype and swings it into brawl.

Sorry for the issues. Players are able to /ignore <name> in the in-game chat which will block any player's chat messages. You may even want to disable multiplayer chat in the Minecraft Options > Chat Settings. Tell me if you need further assistance.
