No, he was originally a mod from McPvP, his rank transferred to Brawl, if you read the news letters there are a BUNCH of McPvP mods if you haven't noticed :v.

How did he even 'originally' receive the Mod rank in McPvp when he only has 3 posts.

He didn't reapply he just got what he deserved. He had mod on McPvP so this is the new McPvP, it's only fair to give him him what he last had.

On MCPVP, you didn't have to be active on the forums to get mod.

They should change that rule..

The thing is, MCPVP admins cared about your social life by not forcing you to be active on forums, TS AND in game just to be a mod on your favourite server
