I doubt spam posts can get me as many ratings as I have, Im just extremely active.

By spam I don't mean posting "yes" everywhere, I mean just sitting on the forums posting whatever people agree with. IMO people who have more likes than posts (usually) just post agreement, but word it subliminally so it doesn't seem like spam.

Also just over one month of forum time is not enough.

As you can see, one month truly is enough.

Tenshi might be new to Brawl, but reading from her application she was an active member in the MCPVP community for 2.5 years, so he/she is likely very familiar with them. Besides, that wasn't the reason Tenshi was denied, for some reason it was due to maturity (which makes no god damn sense whatsoever)
