Yes, although, it's a rule to reply to staff apps as staff, I'm pretty sure.

Some people just don't think trials are ready to reply to staff apps, seeing as how they're extremely new to the job.

What I'm saying is Ritz, nothing harmful/mean but like, you've gone through 4 or more applications to get to your current status and thus you've still got lots to learn so it seems premature to reply to other apps, wouldn't you agree? (Even if it's a "rule" to reply to other apps)

Its not a rule, or something I have to 'do'. I simply reply to applications to express my opinion on them. I don't understand why its 'too early' or 'premature' for me to do this.

It's premature/early for reasons stated in posts above, if you don't agree with that, no worries, but, you should. :p ;)

Translation: If you don't agree with that, you're a butt.

Back in 2014. It doesn't matter whether you reply to a staff application whether you were a trial or not. But let's not bring the past. I don't think you completely need to reply to a staff application.
