While I semi-agree, I feel as though I don't at the same time. The trial is basically a "you're-close-but-we-just-need-to-see-some-things-before-we-actually-promote-you-for-real" kinda thing.

If I were them, I would have let them keep their medals and make it a new policy. Every new trial mod would have to make it to mod.

That would defeat the purpose of the trial stage if you "must" make it past.

I meant "Every new trial mod would have to make it to mod in order to get the medal." The old ones would keep theirs because that rule wasn't in place when they resigned/were demoted.

I see. I guess that makes sense and I agree.

I don't really care to be honest. If people don't believe me I can always show them the app/resignation
