I ran out of characters, continuing here, but setting those bars on the forums is such a bad idea; they burn out most of their potential moderatorship time working towards those goals and have short-lived staff because they spent most of it posting on the forums when they'd rather filter, (most importantly) chat in-game.
Additionally, the fact you've put useful as a suffix to the figure really is extremely bad, when really evaluating an application I doubt with 10 posts per page you're willing to flip it and read from top to bottom 25 times.
Sorry buddy, but that figure and suffix came across so stupid; Brawl may be looking for good staff but they're not getting paid and it's by no means being hired at a professional company of sorts.
I set those bars on the forums because when I posted my applications in the past, everybody told me to have 250-300 helpful posts on the forums. But... It doesn't mean that you have to have 250-300 helpful ratings, you just need to be helpful.
When users post an application, I just do not want to tell me that they will be denied first. I just want to be helpful by telling them that what is wrong, what is good... Nothing else, I do not want set anything.
I don't ask them to have 250-300 helpful a ratings, I just want to say that they need to be active on the forums by answering question and being helpful.
