when i join a game it says: your vip has expired

when im in a server, where the shop is (before walking in a portal) and when i press on a button, bv rainbow, and i press on that button, i join and it says: your NOOB has expired, and if i press tab on that moment i dont have any rank, if i walk in a portal there isn't a problem (really sorry for bad english, im dutch)
