It's all depending on Day Light Savings Time ;) but if you look at the UTC calender UTC -4:00 is the end strips of Canada https://s3.amazonaws.com/kinlane-productions/timezone_UTC.png
Oh, I see. But then again, the picture in your application that shows all of your previous usernames says UTC -4:00. But you're probably correct.
