What is the hacking quiz?

When you are promoted to Global Jmod. You have to do a hacking quizz (to see how you deal with hackers and how the hacks working), then if the quizz is good enough, you're maybe promoted to Mod.

Well... We mostly base it off reports and hack identification, we've only had two hacks or nah tests
