    He can see how many diamonds they mine, also people get raided, and he checks their base out if there are any signs of X-Raying and tracks the person down.

    Bass can TP to see irregular patterns, like if they mine straight towards a diamond. It's kinda ez to figure out X-Ray when you see someone mining imo.
