After watching your videos with attention, some points are good, some are "bad":
-You don't need to change the fps/ips of you videos, you Macintosh is enough powerful!
-However, try to upload your videos in 1080p, your quality is good but this could be better in 1080p.

-Trim your screen with an editing software... I pointed out that you have iMovie which is really good for War montages. Try to play Minecraft in fullscreen mod on which could allow you to don't have your Mac's background.

Ok, so the resolutuon and fps is good. That's what I needed to know. :)

Personally, I'm using Sceenflow which is a recording and editing software. This software is really good if want to edit your video. Unfortunately, it costs 99$ but if you PM me I can give you it for free.
