Nvm I found what it is. It is Cinema 4d and After Effects. I have both, but the plug-ins aren't working for After Effects, so unfortunately I cannot do this specific template.

It is like a layout, I use blender but that "layout" is Cinema 4d and After Effects, (which are all editing softwares.)
